Yoga House International

Yoga House International was founded on 14.5 acres of wooded farmland in Southwest Michigan and expanded these life altering retreats into the mysterious city Havana, Cuba.  

YHI values are rooted in holistic practices carried out through farm to table foods, Ayurveda inspired menus, customized yoga practices and activities created in service of soul activation.  Guests will experience soul shifting awakenings while catering to the needs of their bodies, minds and spirits.   

Yoga House International is offering retreats in the Havana, Cuba location only at this time.  Retreat dates coming soon!

YHI Michigan classes, produce, eggs and honey are currently being sold seasonally at BHI location on Sweat to Soul Sundays.

Clare Crowley

Clare is the creator and proprietress of Yoga House International, Yoga House Havana,  Boxing Yogini Retreats and Soul to Mind. She is an intuitive healer, a Reiki master teacher, yogi with ERYT 500, certified in both tarot and astrology, and a Chicago Golden Gloves boxing champion, currently training with the Cuban Olympic team. 

Clare spent years working in the movie industry in Chicago, but came to realize that while you can be good at something, that something might not be good for you. From her background in yoga, she grew to find her calling in spiritual wellness through wellness of the whole being – the physical, the mental, the emotional and the spiritual. Through this, Yoga House International evolved. 

She uses the skills she has learned to help her live more in alignment with her purpose and what best serves her body and soul. Through endeavors like Yoga House International and Soul to Mind, she seeks to help others find their truest path and live their most fulfilling and healthful lives. Clare is an intuitive healer and especially adept at picking up on client’s illnesses and life events – past, present and future.
